Prof. Shunli Wang is a Doctoral Supervisor, Academic Dean, Academic Leader of the National Electrical Safety and Quality Testing Center, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Provincial Senior Overseas Talent, Provincial level scientific and technological talents, Academic and Technical Leader of China Science and Technology City, and top 2% of top scientists in the world, who is an authoritative expert in renewable energy research. Prof. Hikmat S. Hilal

Short Biography
Prof. Hikmat S. Hilal is a Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Chemistry and Advanced Materials. He obtained his Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees from the University of Manchester in 1980 and 2016, respectively. Since 1980, he has been affiliated with An-Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine. His teaching activities span organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, materials, catalysis, solid state & semiconductors, group theory, organometallics, and structural methods, for both graduate and undergraduate levels in chemistry and energy technologies. His research involves organic reaction catalysis, solar energy utilization in electricity production, and water purification & disinfection. Environmental preservation and waste recycling are also active areas of his research. His group, which includes colleagues and students, has published more than 150 articles and more than 100 conference presentations (mostly invited). They have also published 5 books and research book chapters, along with a patent.

Dr. Oveis Abedinia

Oveis Abedinia holds a B.S, M.Sc, and PhD (first honor) in Electrical Engineering. He began working as a Post-doc and part-time faculty member at Budapest University of Technology, Budapest, Hungary in 2015, and subsequently started constructing various solar power plants in 2017. He then joined Ardabil Science and Technology Park as Head of International Relations. From 2019 to 2023, he successfully oversaw the construction of over 250 solar power plants, varying in size from small to large scale. In 2019, he joined Nazarbayev University as a research fellow until 2023. In 2024, he stablished an institute in energy field in Iran, and currently is a head of this institute. Dr. Abedinia also serves as an Editor for several international journals. He has published over 120 articles and books in various high-ranking journals and conferences with 3976 citations in google scholar and 32 h-index. His research interests include Optimization, Machine Learning, Power System Operations and Forecasting. He is Editor in different journals such as Complexity and guest editor in Energies. His interest areas are Operation in Power systems, Forecasting, Optimization Methods, Energy Management and Sustainable Energy.
Mr. Sadegh Afzal

Sadegh Afzal, born on May 25, 1992, holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Mohaghegh Ardabili University, where his thesis focused on heat loss reduction in insulated enclosures. He also earned a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, with a project on biogas systems, achieving a perfect grade. His research interests include renewable energies, thermodynamics, fuel cells, desalination, solar still desalination, building-integrated photovoltaic systems, machine learning, and optimization. Sadegh has published multiple research papers in reputable journals, covering topics such as energy generation in salinity-gradient solar ponds, performance improvement of photovoltaic cells using phase change materials, and building energy consumption prediction using neural networks. He is fluent in Turkish, Persian, and English and proficient in software tools like EES, CATIA, AutoCAD, Origin Pro, and Matlab, with training in machine learning and deep learning. His work has significantly contributed to energy savings and emission reductions in building construction. Prof. Xiaonan Xiao
Vice Dean of School of Information Science and Technology,Prof. Xiao Xiaonan, Ph.D. academic advisor, and vice dean of the Department of Information and Computational Science at Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College.
